What is your return policy?

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, no reason needed. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details on how it works and who covers return shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We're putting the finishing touches on checkout. If you'd like to order before that's done, email us at hello@zoomsy.store.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible at hello@zoomsy.store. If your order hasn't been forwarded to our supplier yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Once it's on its way, we're no longer able to modify it.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, we currently ship to customers within the European Union only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and location, before you pay.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us at hello@zoomsy.store with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, return shipping included, at no cost to you.
